Hi,
I have taken the Relaince broadband connection on 14th of last month. Hardly it worked for one day and after that due to cut in the wire it stop functioning.
I have made numerous calls to the call center and also escalated to Reliance, however, I am really surprised that the problem still persists. Each time I call these people I get the same response "I apologize for the inconvenience being caused. The issue will be rectified within 72 hours". God knows when that day will come.
Now I have decided to complain in the consumer court. I am really tried of this calls making and waiting for them.
People who are also facing issue with their ISP can file a case against your ISP.
