Non working of tv

Sir,

i have lodged complaint by e mail also and costumer care with complaint no jm 1409090022 on12.9.2009. since last one month my tv is not working and on complaint to service centre before 20 days technician mr Kishan came to check and took a part from tv to replace by company but still i am waiting for repair please do it urgent otherwise tell me the procedure. or advice me why should i not go to consumer forum
