Cunductor not given the balance and not dropped at the required bus stop

Dear sir,

I travelled pathanamthitta to inchappara today 23/07 at 1:05 pm in KSRTC punalur of RSC 60, KL 15 9512 had a bitter experience from the cunductor part as i asked him the balance ticket amount of Re4 and to drop me at inchappara JN at time he told me there is no stop and he told me why you get into this bus, go and tell this to driver for stop and having no change. And made me to drop after 2km between stadium JN and koodal police station and without giving the balance too..

I had the feel that KSRTC is for service.i as an individual cannot accept this kind of pathetic behaviour from the your staff.

I request you to take necessary action for the same.
