Sir,
i have maintained icici current account but internet facility was not provided even though i applied for that.
so i decided to close that account and to start a new one.your representative in that branch listened carefully about my troubles and assured me to provide the internet banking facility.after seven days i received cheque book and atm card but still i did not receive pin number and customer id and any password.
the same problem recurring to me. my ac no is604905011826, attur branch, salem dt, tamilnadu state
