No refund even after 2 months

Order no from customerneedz is 861434848. i booked a ticket from chennai to bangalore on march 9th. the next day their customer service agent called me and said since the bus was cancelled they would refund my money. itz over 2 month i have send so many emails & made so many phone calls, they keep blaming ccavenue their transaction processing vendor for the delay, when i asked this to be escalated to a manager, they keep saying manager is on meeting always. customers pl be aware for such kind of lethargic customer service and delay for no fault of your from customerneedz
