Please don't prefer Customerneedz to book tickets..The ticket will not be generated when you book first time but money will be debited from your account. If u call customer care and ask about this then they will tell book one more time and also they tell debited money will be credited to your account in 3 days. So everyone will book one more time to get ticket. So we have to spend two times for a single ticked. Suppose the actual cost is 370 then u have to pay 740.This is the concept. The 370rs will not be refunded to your account even if you call 100 times... your call cost will be waste... My best advice is don't prefer customerneedz to book tickets... I've called so many times for my refund amount. Nowadays they are not picking when i call... Still i didn't get refund.thats why sending this comment to all...
