my name is kailash gurung my number is 9833010204 and i am the customer from last three years. I would like to tell u that agent u have in customer care dont know to handel the customer because as they cannot handel the queries of the customer the agent hang the call so how we can trust on your company . so i am thinking to cancel the account from your company . pathetic customer service but company is good. I am just want to cancel because of the agent you have in customer service and i am not going to pay the bill unless company give me the compensation for the time i have wasted to call customer care . so please give me the replay for the same.
