Event management company - didn't organise the event as promised. poor quality

Cute cats is an event managemnt company headed by Cynthia who promised to do the event on 19th april and took complete advance on 17th April. On the day of the event to my surprise the arrangements were not properly made. The wine was so bad and there was shortage. Though I ordered for 130 peoples food, and only 100 attended, the wine was short. The food and snacks were very poor and there were no separate counter for veg people. The dishes were different from the menu I told. There werte only 3 boys serving and who didn't attend to any one as they were untrained. I have paid Rs. 490/ per person plus Rs. 15/- per chair cover etc., The service was so poor that i was taunted by the guest and insulted for organising so poor.

I told cynthia that i wanted very good arrangements and took the highest package which later on she altered without my knowledge and served very poor.

As I have apdi exhortbitantly and she has not served or organised as promised (even half what she promised) I request the consumer court to please look into the matter as she is trying to cut my calls. The things organised are not even worth Rsd. 200- 250/- and i request the forum to kindly helpme get back my money for the poor quality and service of event management doen by her. My reputation is been effected with this which is unrecoverable

I have paid to her in two installments before the event vide receuipt NO. 659 dtd 15/11/08 Rs. 5000/- and Rs. 953 dtd 17/4/09 Rs. 59, 450/- in cash.
