Misuse of cylinder connections

In our colony many of the consumers have number of connections for example House No.156, 157 & 158, Punjabi Colony, Narela, Delhi -40 have one family (and one kitchen) residing respectively, but they have at four to five connections (Indian HP). It is well known that they are blackmailing the same. Now, it is requested to please do the needful and save the energy and honesty.
