My Intel Desktop Board is not Working Properly

Hi

My Intel desktop motherboard whose details are mentioned below is not working properly since the date of purchase. My computer doesn't detect any harddisk if detect computer restart autometically. My board soundcard is also not working properly output jack is not issue any sound output. My board detail is as fellow.
