Live CD of any OS not RUNNING

Respected Sir,

I am using product D946GZIS serial no BTIS722002EB version AAD66165-501. I am not able to RUN any LIVE OS FROM CD-ROM or PENDRIVE OS e.g:(PENDRIVELINUX). I changed BIOS setting before running OS. Also I have serched for errors, there are no errors in either CD or live OS (pendrive) since same i have tested on friends PC. So please help me to get rid of this..
