Efer to trial mails to Northan head spice but no answer got from them:-

Dear Akshay,

Introducing myself (Naveen from Tata teleservices, Haryana) as I had complaint about the faulty headphones of my set you promised to provide me the same by 10th Aug 09 but all in vain.

Why you people are making wrong promises?

Aside to Manjeet :-

The case was like this :-

1. I purchased D-88n dated 12th feb.

2. First complaint Date :- 3rd Jun 09 Job card no. SHR230509600026 Complaint :- headphone got faulty due to continuous use.

3. Second complaint Date :- 6th Aug 09 Job card no. SHR230509800093 Complaint :- headphone got faulty due to continuous use.

4. This is the third time when again the same complaint is coming but no action has been taken by your team.

Why?

5 . 2nd phone I purchased C-810 and now speaker are not working. This case is also pending since one month.

Details are :- first Job card no. - SHR230509800280 dated :- 18 aug 09.

If this is the way spice has to move forward then it is not acceptable to customers like us.

Please revert your action plan?
