Wrong message of bill payment

Dear sir, I have got a message from you that the bill of amount of Rs. 1123.60 has been dispatched. but I didn't recieve this bill and for last one year I am not using SBI card so I don't understand how can you charge me this amount. I request you to take appropriate steps for this bill. I also tried to contact to your officer on helpline but due to busy line I failed to contact him. My sbi card no. is 4317 5750 2676 0505. my date of birth year is 1970
