Testing of mete

I lodged a complaint no.111116860 with the customer care centre on 29.07.2009 for challenge meter. My account No. is SB01/4461. I have already deposited the prescribed fee of Rs.100/- vide receipt no.260, book no.80830. inspite of a lapse of more than 1 month, no testing meter has been installed. The existing meter is running very fast. I would request you to look into the matter.
