Repeated delayed delivery

I have been subscribed for Dalal Street journal Business magazine

1 year print with subscription No : 1080162535, Order id : 52498

Amount paid: Rs. 999.

Last two/three months, after repeated e-mail, they send my copy well after it was available in book stall. Now again I have not received current issue and as usual same is available in book stall.

I mailed twice but no response. They don't give me the local courier address and telephone number after repeated request. Their customer service is worst of the lot.

Please think twice before any one wish to go for dalalstreet journal.
