Complaint Details I am a very old and regular customer from Bata. At present there is a complaint in bata shoe.

I bough a shoe from Bata shoe store, Cannaught Place, B-Block, New Delhi authorised code no. 100925 on 25th Dec. 11 in 1499/- Rs. I used these shoe occasionally only I think approximate 30-35 times. After five months I noticed that the sole and insole of my shoes are totally broken and this is a complaint of my shoe. yesterday i go to the bata show room above said address and talk to reception counter about my problem but he is saying that please complaint online on bata service. So please accept my complaint and give me complaint no. and replace the shoes.
