Refrigerator model not available/ washing machine not delivered

I ordered Washing machine and LG refrigerator from Dass Electricals, Aundh, Pune.

They dont pick up calls. When finally they picked up, we came to know that washing machine which was to be delivered yesterday, will now come after 3 days. And Refrigerator, they say that they dont have that model and you will have to come to their office to select another model. This is really disgusting and I want to know if there can be a case which I can file and win against them.

Please advice.
