Illegal swipe of debit card

Hi,

I had recently made a purchase in Dass showroom (wanowrie-pune).

Here they swiped my card second time saying that connection was lost the first time.

when i checked my account statement it showed two transactions in the name of Dass showroom.

When i went to them they are denying any knowledge of the second transaction, even though my passbook is clearly showing the second entry.

please help me regarding this.
