Usage of my Broadband connection by other person

Respected sir,

I M.jagadeeshwararao bearing the telephone number of 0863-2215171 using the bsnl dataone broadband connection.

the plan iam Using is 500 home plan

with fecilities of free unlimited download from morning 2-oclock to 8oclock

But from the last month i had came to know that some other person is downloading the data from my account as for last three months concern i never exceeded the provided Download limit but in the last month i Got the bill of Rs 2276 no other person in my home will be available to access the internet after 8oclock in the morning on the other hand my computer detected another wireless connection which have

I P Address of 192.168.1.1

mac Address of 00:1b:57:81:e5:c d

is trying to connect my Internet

So i kindly request to send my real bill for which what i have downloaded and identify the other person who is using my broadband connection and take proper action
