Non-Refund of Deposit

I had registered with Shree Infosys New Panvel for Data Entry work. Due to some health problem I cant do the work. I have paid deposit of Rs.10000 as deposit amount. I asked for refund and after one time they have given me two cheques of Rs.4000/- each. One cheque realised and the other one returned. The reason of return mentioned by bank is "Refer to the Drawer". I am in a financial crisis and I want my money back.

Today I gone to their office and it was closed temporarily. I don't know the whereabouts.

I enquired with their banker (The Satara Co-op Bank Ltd, Khandacolony Branch, New Panvel. But they will not disclose their customer details.

I request you to do the needful in this matter.
