Exhorbitant billing

Sirs:

My phone number is 26981870. I am under Rs.250/- plan. In the bill given to me for 1-5-08 to 31-08-08, for the month of July I have been charged a sum of Rs.1579.03. During this month (i.e. July 08) there was more than 5 hrs power cut, and hence the chances of my usage of broadband could not have been more than 60 hrs per month. As the telephone numbers given by your department for making complaints viz. 25455106 and 25459004 are continuously engaged. I am not able to make any complaint about this to anyone. All I require is datewise usage details to enable me to know how so much has been charged (while the maximum package itself is Rs.700/- per month. Request your immediate response.
