I CAN'T GETTING MY USAGE DETAIL

Dear sir,

I feel it is so cheating with me that i have not used the net so many time but a message came to my bsnl.in account that " u have crossed the free limit." I am not getting my usage detail through bbservice.bsnl.in site. it doesnot opend atall. How can it will possibel not to open the site bbservice.bsnl.in?
