The modem is not working. there is no power in the modem. rather non of the modem lights are burning. my residence contact no. 033-25295735 and my mobile no. 9830663629. i have complained to BSNL on 31st May and the docket no. is J5931. Request you to take immediate action and get my modem back in working condition.
