Not getting net connection-errors-678

I had made a complaint by e-mail on 13/08/08 that details on that time i am not getting net connection from 08/08/08 showing errors in my Tv screen 678.By e-mail complaint on 13/08/08, nextday i have got two calls from local telephone office they says that today you will able to get net connection. But not still no action was taken to get the net connection. Still I am suffuring, basicaly we are depending on mail service in our work life. Fact sir i am not happy in of your local office service Garia (033-24309999) they are not responding properly. Everyday I had contact & explain them my problem but no responce. i don't know when it will be solve. pls. take care for it.
