Not getting broadband connection

For my broadband connection {compi plan }for my phone 04864 222217 under adimali telephone exchange i am not getting connection for the last 3 weeks. ADSL light on the Modem is not coming .i have checked my modem . it is functioning at other broad band connections. i have complained in the adimali telephone exchange several times .but no action was taken from your side. please rectify the fault in my phone broadband connection
