Abnormal and exess bill amount

I have installed BB connection on 5/9 under home 250 scheme. my only daughter who uses the BB only in the night for an hour or two, since she is busy in her studies and out of house mostly in daytime.i am surprised and shocked to see the bill for Rs2191/-in the month of june to july.since installation and till may i am receiving bills not more than RS500/-. so how come a single user without any download can expect this abnormal bill for asingle month.kindly look into the matter very seriously and urgently.my BB no 22263999.
