I have taken a consumner loan durable for purchase of DCR-DVD608E (Sony Handy Camera) on dated 15-04, as per below mentioned address

I have given PDC for entire tennor. But in the month of August company has deposited cheque of dated 15.08.2007 (National Holiday) on 14.08.2007 in my bank and the same was bounced due to "post dated cheque" from my bank not for the reason funds insufficent. And after having several discusions with your Officers they have never give me proper response for this mistake done by your side. Only due to this mistake my name is appearing in CBIL.

Surprisnigly I had recd a letter from your legal department for going in legal and letter stated that my cheque is bounced due to insufficent funds, if it is so than please provide me XEROX of cheque along with bank Memo, I will pay EMI along with all others charges.

If you wants I will present all the relevant documents for this.

Your immediate action would highly appreciated for not moving in any Legal formalities to both of us.
