Dear Sir,

DDA had issued allotment letter to a wrong name instead my name and it was not delivered to us or we received any cancellation or show cause notice for cancellation letter from them. My father had booked this flat in 1979 and then it was transferred to my name well before the allotment. DDA had taken more than 25 years to allot the same and they had cancelled without intimation. I have been communicating with them for the last two years and every time they are giving some excuses that the file is not reached to the concerned person.

I have been staying in a rented flat and I or my family don't have any flat or property in Delhi/India. I am a patient and being a women it is very difficult for me to visit dda on regular basis.
