Deals4all a teleshopping company
Rs 7374 collected from Credit card but till date not yet got the product

I have applied for a product ie A Mobile Phone from the deals4all a teleshopping company based at Mumbai as on February. The amount of Rs 7374.00 has been collected from my credit card as on 15 th feb.

Within a month when I have not received the same from their end I made many telephonic and mail follow up with their executives. But till date I have not received my product. As it was not possible for me to travel to Mumbai for the same I am feeling very helpless
