Products not received

This is to bring your kind information on that I ordered one "TCL Wireless Headphones" and one "TCL Bluetooth Headset" on 3 march from my citi bank card.

The order number is : 00063362

I was told that I would receive my products within 21 days.

After one week i received a message that my product has reached the city and it will sent to me within 3-4 days max. But it has already crossed 3 weeks and I have not received my product and the one instalment was already scratched from my card on 13 march.

When I called deals4all on 18 march they said it might take some time because of some courier problems. And till date I have not received what I ordered for.

I request the company to deliver my products in time or I would be forced to take some actions.
