INEFFICIENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I have received a VK180 mobile phone purchased through deals4all vide order no. 000067043 on 09/04.I am an existing subscriber to AIRTEL and having Sony Ericson and Siemens handsets. On activation of VK180 I have found that the set is not registering to AIRTEL network and getting only "EMERGENCY". CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES TO THE CUSTOMER CARE OF DEALS4ALL BUT INSPITE OF WASTING MY VALUABLE TIME AND MONEY I COULD NOT GET TO THE CONCERNED EXECUTIVES.

Sent many EMails to them but not able to get any favourable reply. The hand set was supposed to have 16 digit IMEI code as confirmed to me by deals4all but on receipt it was only 15 digit IMEI.

Kindly help me to solve the problem.
