Dear Sir/Maam,

This is to bring into your kind attention that I bought a Polaroid 8MP digital camera from DEAL4ALL over the net on 22 November (Order no. 630008099). Within 2 months of use I found there was a problem with the camera and so took it to the authorised service centre where they certified it for replacement as it was a manufacturing defect and was within the warranty period as well. The camera was sent through courier by Compact International (the marketing company in Kolkata) on 10th of March 08 and the camera arrived DEAL4ALL Mumbai on 18th of March 08. Then I was told that I will receive the replaced camera within a time frame of maximum 1 week. But to my surprise I came to know that not even on 12th of April 08 they had despatched the camera.

So I would request you to kindly look into the matter and oblige me by taking some action.
