Reg one Battery

This is Mohammed Riyaz (9440556790) from Vishakapatnam. I had purchased a Hyundai Mobile phone A200 from deals4all in the month of May through order number 000014713. I had received the product and due to technical problem (the camera device failed to open) in the hand set, it was reserved picked up from me through AFL courier in the month of June and the same was returned to me in the month end of June. The replaced phone, which i received had incoming and outgoing problems. So again i had send the handset battery letter regarding for the issuance of the warranty card which i have not received till date. Through Speed Post bearing consignment number EN685426861IN on 9-07-08, On 15-07-08, I received a phone call from this number 022-40791274 that the concern people have received my handset and other accessiors. And the handset was returned to me on

29-07-08 through Blue Dart. On opening the parcel, I found only the handset but not the battery and warranty card immediatly i called deals4all customer care and informed the missing of the battery and the warranty card. Till date i am contacting the concern people but in vain. I am facing a lot of problem in communicating with the people on the other side. I am not getting proper answer and i have wasted a lot of my precious time, money and peace of mind. The details of the handset, which i am holding S/N: 9116A5500562001CFBK000 and the IMEI No: 35202 10020 19552. Please kindly verify the matter above do the needful. In reply 4m u to send any of my msgs to Purvi@deals4all.net, i have sent nearly 5 msgs but recieved no reply, & also not 4m ur customer care no:022-40791234.also, pls give response, [[ Dear Sir/Madam.please have mercy on me as i am unable to use the mobile without the battery;God only knows what happened in the transhipment, but presently i am the loser.please provide me one new battery & for the new battery i am willing to pay the cost via my sbi card or as per ur wish.thanking you madam. ]].In reply they told me that they have not recieved it from my side.
