Non-Delivery of Consignment

I have booked a consignment online with M/s Deals4all.net on 11 May. Subsequently I was sent an SMS on 13/05 that the order has been processed and amount charged to my credit card is rs 599/-. Later on 27th May I was again sent an SMS that the consignment has been booked by AFL couriers. Hence I expected it to be delivered within 2-3 days. But when I did not received it I rang back to M/s Deals4all.net to find out the reason. I was conveyed back tht address was not found though I have receive one more consignment from Deals4all.net on the same addres few months back. The cell number was also mentioned on the consignment. Apprending fault with M/s AFL Courier I checked the status of the package on the their site. To my dismay I was stunned to note that the consignment has been delivered to me. Again a big confusion!!! I write back to M/S AFL citing the whole issue. I was communicated back that the consignment was returned back to the Shipper i.e Delas4all.net due to improper paper works. i.e consignment has not travelled from their location itself.
Since then I have been chasing from my mobile phone and requesting the concerned persons to send back the item at the earliest possible but till 3rd June I came to know tht same has not been dispatched as yet. What a harrassment??? I have been spending in making calls on off since this has happened.
Why not the company be accused of such attitude and activities.??? Even I am not able to cancel the order as the company do not hv the policy to cancel the placed orders. Now what to do??.Its the consumer forum to decide.
