Wrong deduction of an amt

An amount of Rs.612.75 has been deducted from my account (no.11334452877) of Bikash Bhavan, SaltLake on 23.05.08.I have drawn the fact of such wrong debit to the notice of the bank authorities submitting all necessary documents. But no tangible result has been achieved. I dont know who would come to my rescue and save me from being punished for no fault of mine. Debapriya Nag
