Welcome kit of accont opening

Dear sir/mam,

i have given my documet for accont opening before three month in Agra branch (sanjay place) but still i dont recieve any welcome kit from bank and my two salarys is already deposite in my account and when i calling in bank he give me every time unsatisfied answer there are mr nirmal singh is account opening head he tell me every time your kit is in prosses what the mean of that again today he tell me your prosses will take some more days can u tell me how many days are u taking in account opening but still i am so disturb by mr. nirmal singh because before that i was working in cafe coffee day it a great customer server and bank is also customer server.please tell me what should i do instead of that there are a employee name shipriya bhardwaj she give me a satisfied answer and every time she pick the ph.
