I am holding an salary A/c @ tiruvallur branch, unfortunately i lost my card and applied for a new one i walked to the branch and i submitted the application for new card before 7 months, and i called customer care to know the status but they told that there was no request, i went to the branch and told the info what the customer care people told me.

For that they told me to submit the form again within this 7 months period i submitted the form 4 times the last time i talked to BM regarding this he told that i will take care of this issue, till now it was not taken care.

Please consider this as an serious issue and help in getting the new card.
