Transaction Rejected while accessing through ATM

Hello Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the problem I faced while doing transaction through Axis Bank ATM (Debit card is of other bank).

After processing for around 10 sec, Machine displays that "Your Transaction is rejected" and I didn't get any slip also..

When I check the balance on my bank site, my that much money was deducted from the account...

Where should I approach to get it back (the bank, of which I have debit card or directly to Axis bank).

Please Let me know.
