Debit card of Axis/UTI Bank
Not received Renewal Debit Card since

My Axis"UTI Bank branch is at Trivandrum. My debit card expired on "8-Feb-200". However up till now (14-April) i have not received my renewed debit card. I have contacted the Trivandrum branch many times on March, then April then May. Each time someone is picking up the phone and transferring it to another line. The last time the excuse was that the courier sevice had failed to deliver the card from Mumbai to Trivandrum.

I am extermemy unhappy about the customer service and promptness of the bank and if this problem exist i will have to reconsider to transfer my savings account to another bank.
