Non-refund of booking money of Land

I booked a land of 2400sft with Deccan Properties in October. Inspite of repeated attempts the company has not refunded my advance money nor was able to register the land. The Deccan Properties owner Mr. Venkat Prabhu has not once called me and informed me of the status nor has returned any of my calls. I can only conclude by his attitude that he is cheating and is into fraudulent practices. I request the consumer court to take necessary action against the company and Mr. Venkat Prabhu and make arrangements to settle my money. There are many more customers like me who have lost money in this ordeal.
