Misguiding

Dear sir,

I got one job selection order from Decon Engg. (HRD) in response to my application on naukari.com. In the job selection order they mentioned that you send me 5 particulars (qualification certificate, two photographs, photo identity card, DD of 2000 INR, their application form) and we will send you forwarding appointment letter and you directly join the company, after verification of your original certificates. But they had not provided any appointment to any company and they also not provided any guidance for job to any company. They simply referred to another job consultant (Vaishnavi HRD Consulting Pvt Ltd, ) in their forwarding appointment order. The new job consultant is telling he has no connection with decon engg. and also he is not employee of decon engg. The new job consultant has his own prospective. He is also charging his own consultancy fees for conducting interviews with companies. The decon engg. not provided any guidence in response of paying 2000 Rupees to them. They simply misguided me and charged 2000 Rupees. I request all of the people not to bungle with job selection order from decon engg HRD and simply ignore it. I gave my details (same particulars as that given to Decon Engg.and DD of Rs 550/-) to Vaishnavi HRD Consulting Pvt Ltd. After giving them the required document, I received mail from them that they have received the documents and will give the job in 8 to 10 days..But it is now 15 days, I havent received any call letter or any reply to my mail which I send to them...
