Mediclaim Redund not received

Dear Sir,

Please note that I am writing this mail to you on behalf of my late cousin brother Mr. Bharat Kalyanji Chhadva. He was having Mediclaim with New India Assurance Company through KVO Seva Samaj Sanjeevani Swasthya Yojna. TPA is Dedicated Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd. His Policy Number is 14040034081100012744. His DHS ID is 11647589.

He was suffering from stomach cancer and expired on 6th November. As I was looking after his mediclaim work, I had submitted 3 different claim forms as he was admitted to hospital 3 times for his cancer treatment. Details of which is as follows :

2. 20th October Rs. 41, 377 Received.

3. 10th November Rs. 63, 193 Received.

Please note that 1st and 2nd claim was submitted on the same day. However we have received payment of Rs. 36, 457 after deduction of Rs 4920 towards non-allowable expenses explained in refund letter. You are requested to note that he left his wife and 2 daughter after he expired. Since expenses during his treatment (Approx Rs 1.75 Lakh) were quite high which eroded all his savings, his family is in dire need of money.

You are requested to look in to the matter as its almost 6 months passed since we have submitted first claim with TPA. Also it is little confusing that 2nd claim we have submitted on the same date and 3rd Claims submitted later, got cleared and first claim is not yet settled.

I wrote many emails to DHS and thier customercare. Filed complaints with them, spoken on phone, but nothing worked.

Please guide me how can i complaint against them. I went on website of IRDA (surprisingly there is no online reistration of complaint section) and thier office is situated at Hyderabad.

Waiting for some guideline of some redressal from your side.
