ISSUE OF NEW RATION CARD

Respected Sir,

I have applied for renewal of ration card to "Udavi Anaiyalar, Unavu porul valanguthurai, Villivakkam Region on 24/12. I have submitted old ration card, current address proof with application form duly filled and affixed my photo. They have issued one slip acknowledgement put their stamp and signature and mentioned "VICHARANAI".

But till date nobody visited my residence for any enquiry. For your ready reference I herebelow given details:

Villivakkam slip acknowledgement No.31763 dated 24/12.

Old ration card No.02/G/210913.

I am working in private company I am not able to follow-up with villivakkam region officials in working days.

Now I request you to give necessary instruction to Villivakkam region to issue ration card.
