Sir/Madam

I am a resident of janakpuri..there is an unauthorized auto stand at C4E Red light, janakPuri. There are 8-10 rikshaw walahs that stand here. They go and come as they like. Even on requests they refused to go.i was with an injured passenger but they did not listen to us. Below are listed autorikshaw Number plates. They think it is a joke. I would request you to tell them once n for all that there license can be cancelled of they do exhibit such behaviour
