Mis management, misuse of Tag facility and no penalisation of defaulters

I feel the TAG system installed by the authorities are a farce and a show of complete inefficiency and incompetence on their part to manage a toll booth.

People like us who try to be good citizens and follow the rules spend large amounts of money to buy the smart tag, and every month recharge it simply to be able to clear the toll gate in a timely and efficient manner to avoid wasting time in lines.

We pay yet we suffer because other uncivilised, uncouth and inconsiderate people without TAG's get in the shorter and faster TAG line and end up slowing the lines and creating havoc an inconvenience for people who have paid for the service.

And what is even more distressing and amazing is they are not even penalised! they pay their Rs 18 and move through unconcerned for the line they have created behind thim.

Is this fair? Is this acceptable? Had this been any other country, the defaulter would have been fined heavily. Thats whythey think hundred times before breaking a rule. But in our country, everything is fine, and the sufferers are the law abiding citizens.

I ask -

1) Why are defaluerts allowed to pass through?

2) Why isnt there a penalty for them to enter the wrong line?

3) Why arent they made to pay double to misuse a service meant for paying customers?

4) Why arent they challaned?

5) Why isnt traffic police deployed to punush these miscreants?

I can tell you, if someone has to pay a penalty once, he will NEVER repeat the mistake again. Its because our people are so lenient and bend over for anyone who shows a bit of attitude that we have massive jams morning and evening. All defaulters are educted people and they KNOW they are entering a line not meant for them so there is no excuse.

What des one have to do to get any results in this country???
