Poor service, customer Harassment

I am a Top Management Executive of Hero Group, Daily commuting to Gugaon / Dharuhera & your Tag customer from August 08 who has paid security fee of Rs 1500.00 for Tag No 08131297767.

Your Tag has started giving trouble at Manesar and Gurgaon border after 17th November 09 & your executive were deducting the charges manually. After 2-3 days I have visited Your Gurgaon Border office & shown this tag to your executive who checked the Tag & told that Sensor is not working & to be replaced. After Meeting your Manager Who is sitting inside of cabin promised me free replacement of Tag on arrival of new stock within a month & requested to use manually.

Afterword I was away to overseas trip till 13-14 January & my driver came 2-3 days to Gurgaon & paid every time manually. After Coming back fro my overseas trip during my visit to gurgaon I have deposited the Tag for replacing but very second day your staff started denying & ridiculous to say that your executive suggested to buy one more tag after paying second time Rs 1500/00 & given back that tag for manually payment which eats my 10-15 minutes everyday.

Please note that I always keep Tag stacked at Windshield safely, so question of damaging the tag does not arise as how non-technical Executive can judge the fault (of operating, self life or damage by human) without sending the tags to Certified electronic lab / Lab of manufacturer / Modem- Sensor expert.

I want a forensic / lab report certifying that it is not fault of Your part & the same damaged by Human.

On behalf of millions of Daily regular customer I am feeling cheated & determine to not pay once again & looking for free replacement at whatever exercise or action required from my end (Filing a case at Consumer forum, Customer right protection court.

At last I am expecting an appropriate action from I wise Owner of this co Who willing to provide best customer services against money paid.
