Hi, I had recharged my tag card on monday, 25th may 09 on the dgexpressway.com website. i bought a smart tag worth 540/-. i received a mail from the site stating that my card will br reacharged within 48 hours but till date, its been more than 96 hours, my card has still not been recharged. i have been trying to call on their help desk. but the moment i press the option of talking to the customer care executive, the call gets disconnected. i feel cheated now. kindly help me by either getting my money back or getting my tag card recharged. thanks!!
