Despite of all the claims for CUSTOMER SAFETY, there is a heavy rush of pedestrians crossing over from one end of the road to the other side at the end of the flyover starting from the toll plaza as u enter Haryana.

2. Customer safety is at stake despite of big claims by the highway authorities, which causes a lot of stress to the daily customers like me.
