Delhi Jal Board
Arrears added in bill

I have reecieved a bill no.171335 dated 19/11 from Delhi Jal Board for my water connection no. R-87616 (Domestic -A) for the period 13/5 to 25/8.An amount of Rs1616/- has been added in this bill under previous due. I have always paid the all the previous bills of DJB in full & in time so what is this previous balance? Could the DJB explain it?
