Dirty smelly water supply

Dear sir, i am the residence of gautam nagar, new delhi. we are getting contaminated supply of water for the past three days in our locality. the water quality is so bad that it is absoulutely unfiy for drinking and even bathing. kindly look into the matter and solve the problem at the earliest.
